Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

holoholo is a private app for planning trips with a small group of friends. It isn't a public product, and you can only see a trip if someone on it has invited you.

What We Collect

  • From your Google account, when you sign in: your name, email address and profile photo.
  • What you add to trips: places, notes, votes, comments, booking details and any files you upload (such as tickets).

How It's Used

Only to run the app: to show your trips and what people on the same trip have added. Your name, email and photo are visible to other members of trips you belong to. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything else.

Where It's Stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Place details, photos and maps come from Google Maps Platform. If a trip uses a shared Google Calendar, trip members' email addresses are used to share that calendar with them.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete items, comments and files you've added, and leave any trip. To have your account and everything you've added removed, ask the person who invited you to the trip.
